For 20 years Coastal MRO dba Coastal Health Management Services, Inc has served as both Medical Review Officer and 3rd Party administrator for employee screening services. We are in the process of expanding our services and have decided that "MRO" describes our services clearly without the confusion of "Health Management Services" which has caused some to think that we are a 3rd party insurance administrator.
